Join us as an Advisor and you'll be the voice of BT. Whether you work in Customer Service or Sales. You'll become a brilliant, highly trained communicator, and get the support you need to make a real difference every day.
Sales - our sales advisors answer calls from existing and potential customers across the country, working with them to understand their needs, improve their service and find the products and services that match.
Customer Service – our customer service advisors are the voice of BT. When someone buys one of our products or services, they're on hand to make sure everything runs as it should, every step of the way.

For our advanced programmes you will need to have achieved or are predicted 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
