Wheelchair Rugby stars, Ayaz Bhuta and Jim Roberts, join roster of world-class BT Ambassadors

BT announced that GB Wheelchair Rugby players Ayaz Bhuta and Jim Roberts have joined its roster of BT Ambassadors, further reinforcing its commitment to disability and Paralympic sport. Bhuta and Roberts join other world-class athletes including Jonnie Peacock, Hannah Cockroft, Ben Rowlings and Julie Rogers.

BT demonstrated its commitment to disability sport and the development of the next generation of Paralympic talent with the appointment of two new athletes to its ambassador team, Julie Rogers and Ben Rowlings. Julie and Ben were unveiled as the latest BT Ambassadors at a mentoring session at Loughborough’s High Performance Athletics Centre with Paralympic Gold medallists and BT Ambassadors Jonnie Peacock and Hannah Cockroft.

GBWR announces tickets for BT World Wheelchair Rugby Challenge 2015

Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby and BT have launched the sale of tickets for the highly anticipated BT World Wheelchair Rugby Challenge (BT WWRC) that will run alongside this year’s Rugby World Cup. The BT WWRC will take place from 12 to 16 October 2015 at the Copper Box, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.
