BT Newsbyte
BT's quarterly newsletter for analysts, consultants and investors - Issue 34 - July 2014
BT Newsbyte - the quarterly newsletter for analysts & investors, shining a spotlight on innovation, products and strategy across BT

Welcome

Hello and welcome to the July edition of 'Newsbyte'.

In this issue, we give details of a new campaign by BT Global Services, "The Art of Connecting", which will change the nature of the conversations we have with our CIO customers and help them create new possibilities for their businesses.

It's less than a year since BT Business became a line of business in its own right. We have an interview with Graham Sutherland, CEO of BT Business, in which he tells us about the progress made so far and his priorities for the next 12 months.

Our feature article focuses on BT's Better Future report and describes the progress we've made against our 2020 goals. We also celebrate a Queens Award for Innovation for our IP Exchange (IPX) service and take a look at how BT TSO has been partnering to demonstrate a quantum leap in data security.

We hope you enjoy the stories here and as always, don't forget to visit our website atwww.btplc.com/sharesandperformancefor presentations, press releases and videos. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact one of the team.
