Connected Britain brought together more than 200 stakeholders for the most important event in the UK on the economics of high speed connectivity and the related investment and business opportunities. Clive Selley, CEO of Openreach, gave a keynote address while Julian Ashworth (director, Group Industry Policy) and Dr Ranulf Scarbrough (director, Superfast Cornwall Broadband Programme) also spoke.

BT logoBT Capital Markets Day

Three years on from the last event, BT hosted a capital markets day in May. It was a chance to update the market on lines of business strategies and set out a vision for the company as a whole.

The event provided an audience of investors, analysts and journalists with BT’s Q4/full year results, updates on cost transformation and the latest on the EE integration.
